For this project, a crew of 1 foreman and 8 self-sufficient welders worked 60 hour weeks for 6 months to get things done right and on time for the custom.

Fabricated 3,000' x 36" long conveyor belt
Structure – Big size channels of 8” roller bases
Installed more than 1,000 load rollers & 750 return rollers
Built supports for head and tail pulleys
Installed safety devices throughout the entire band – “pull cords”
Fabricated and installed bin hoppers
Installed walkways and handrails
