The job required extensive equipment and a very seasoned team to repair and replace everything that needed updating. We removed and replaced all the bolts, outdated/worn parts and inspected/repaired the bottom hoopers. We checked and fixed the welding lines, repaired worn out steel and replaced the hoopers flanges. Additionally, we built and placed skirt rubber. Our operations superintendent and safety director were on site 24/7 monitoring our activities and keeping our team and the area under the best security conditions

Southern Welding facilities are equipped with all the necessary plate rolls, structural rolls, turning rolls, plasma tables, brake presses, and band saws, needed to perform most fabrication products in house. Our facilities comply with all required OSHA and MSHA safety requirements.
