Southern Welding handles both under a single scope: the same crew that designs and fabricates your component is the crew that welds it into place. That means no gap between “what got built” and “what got installed,” and no finger-pointing when a fit issue shows up on-site.
This is a self-performed service — our own certified welders and fabricators, start to finish. When a project’s scope grows to include refractory or structural work beyond welding and fabrication, we coordinate that internally through the AIS Group family rather than bringing in an outside subcontractor.

From Scope to Installed
Scope & Design
We review your requirements — drawings, field measurements, or a rough spec — and confirm the fabrication and welding approach together, up front, not as two separate plans.
Fabricate
Components are fabricated in-house to spec, with the eventual weld joints and fit-up planned in from the start.
Weld & Inspect
The same team welds what it fabricated, with in-process and post-weld inspection to verify the finished work meets spec.
Deliver & Support
Finished work is delivered or installed, with documentation and follow-up support from the same crew that built it — not a different one.
